In this event, job seekers, corporate representatives, and professional comedians from Yoshimoto Kogyo Co., Ltd., one of Japan’s largest and most prominent entertainment companies, formed mixed teams to compete in exciting HADO matches.
Each match showcased not only agility and reflexes but also leadership and cooperation—qualities essential in real workplaces.
The HADO Job Battle transformed the conventional job fair into a gamified assessment experience, enabling participants and companies to interact beyond traditional interviews.
Through laughter, energy, and collaboration, the event demonstrated how next-generation technologies and entertainment can connect people in meaningful new ways.
This initiative was organized in partnership with KUL Co., Ltd., a company exploring innovative hiring and career development solutions. Together with HADO, the event aimed to highlight the potential of gamified, interactive approaches to workforce engagement in the digital era.
